Club Night

Our Club night is held at One Leisure (Indoor) Centre, St Ives

Every Thursday, 8pm to 10pm

Club night runs all year round! Our club season runs 12 months from June to May every year, and the league usually runs between October to April.

We take part in the Huntingdon and Peterborough League.

Depending on membership and number of available players, we aim to submit the following teams:

Men's '4’s Doubles

Mixed '4’s Doubles

In '4's doubles, 4 players play 3 games (best of 3 ends) each partnering the other team players - so 6 games in total

Guests & Membership

St Ivo Badminton Club is run by Committee, comprising of a Chairman, Club Secretary, Treasurer, Fixtures Secretary, Membership Secretary, and Social Media Manager. It sets the club rules and constitution.

The Committee meet several times a year to discuss various club/league issues. An Annual General Meeting is held once a year (in April).

As well as offering competitive badminton throughout the year, we also have a social side! Every year we try and arrange social events such as meals out at different restaurants in the St Ives and Huntingdon area.

Guests are welcome to come down to try out on club nights -

Guest trial fees are £6 (first 3 weeks).

Thereafter, Guest fees are £8.

Membership is decided by committee.
